Christopher Peter Meloni has been an acclaimed American actor for many years. Most famously, he is popular for the roles he performed in "Law and Order Special Victims Unit". His interest in acting began in his early college days. He was a student of acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has appeared in both TV and films, however the small screen characters that brought him fame and a large fan base. His ability to play characters from both sides of the law is a draw for audiences. His first project was a television serial, and later, he played as a detective with the NYPD. Because of his portrayal on the small screen, he's won many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards. It is his trademark piercing, blue eyes which can be said to help his look attractive. They have helped to convey tough characters in a charming way. The People's Magazine's list of Sexiest Men Alive included him.
